1. Forum post image lightbox - clicking an attached forum image opens a dark overlay scaled to viewport, click or Escape to close
2. Chat auto-reconnect - on disconnect (unless kicked) retries connection so user does not have to refresh

Fixes
1. Stale chat presence on restart - Users who were in chat during a server restart are not stuck showing up as in chat
2. External cover URL removed - no more hotlinking external images for game covers (security fix); upload-only for all game forms.
