1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AethCore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, blog posts, forum posts, screenshots, pictures). By posting, you grant AethCore a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site.

You must not post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, pornographic or sexually gratuitous, or that infringes on others' intellectual property. Artistic nudity in context (e.g., game screenshots, fan art) is permitted at moderator discretion; sexually explicit content intended for gratification is not. Content depicting minors in any sexual context is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Conduct

Be respectful. Do not spam, impersonate others, or attempt to exploit or disrupt the site. Moderators may remove content or ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Availability

AethCore is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Liability

AethCore is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. User-generated content represents the views of its authors, not of AethCore.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via the news section.
